Job Opportunity – Painter Assistant
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (35h/week)
Salary: Competitive, based on profile and experience
Location: Workshop and warehouse in Seine-et-Marne (77) – 100% on-site role, no remote work available
Start Date: Early April
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Painter Assistant to join our team. You will work under the supervision of our Lead Painter and actively participate in the various stages of production and quality control.
Main Responsibilities:
Performing painting work on prototypes.
Assisting with the quality control of painted parts.
Preparing customer orders (opening and sealing boxes), in direct coordination with quality control.
Occasional handling to retrieve packages from the warehouse.
Applicant Profile:
Meticulous, rigorous, and highly organized.
A sharp eye for detail and high standards for quality work.
Ability to work well within a team and follow precise instructions.
Previous painting experience (artistic, industrial, or artisanal) is a plus, but highly motivated beginners are welcome.
Must be able to commute daily to our on-site location in Seine-et-Marne (77).
